problem with demo

I have it set to full screen but there is a windowed border like its in windowed mode. I click the minimize/maximize to no change. still shows windowed border. also, the intro plays to title screen then to a black screen with just cursor. left click does nothing but if i right click it shows a small picture of llama statue and that is it. just a black screen with a windowed border. I don't want to buy the full game if I'm not even able to play the 🐸🐸🐸🐸 thing. someone please help

Mine did that and I reinstalled origin and it worked. I also added a mod that skipped the intro but I don't think that had anything to do with the fix.
