The Monarch Suite updated is very nice It looks great how you have turned it into a home! It looks great how you have placed the screen to divide off the kitchen. Nice type of dining seats that you have used for sims to enjoy eating their meals at. The red rose that you have placed on the dining table are nice for sims to see when eating there. The flowers that you have placed in the corner of the kitchen looks nice. Sims will enjoy laying in bed watching tv.Great art nook for sims to enjoy painting on the easel with sunlight coming in through the windows. Sims will enjoy sitting on the lounger or armchairs having a read of a book from the bookcase.
It is a great update of the monarch suite.

I hope you don't mind me saying it, but this is the nicest "trailer" home I ever did see! (I only use "trailer" because that's how the design of the house looks to me, not how it is decorated).

I have just placed this lot in Aurora Skies - it is perfect there!
I added a bright blue roof, some trees, one with a hanging egg chair and some flowers

Thanks Kate, I been having trouble with my clean sims 3 folder things are not downloading properly, I want to build things in that game for downloading to exchange so there are no issues lol. But this one is in my personal game, that is loaded with CC and mods. I will save to bin and take a my writer out and then I will upload it, she has way to many custom stuff on her LOL.

Your new version of your Monarch Suite build for Aurora Skies looks great! Kate The blue roof suits the world well. It looks very nice with how you have placed the flowers along the front edge of the porch. It would be a nice sight for sims to see to welcome sims when they come home. The type of trees that you have placed on the build look nice. Sims will enjoy resting outdoors in the hanging chair, enjoying the sunshine through the day and evening air at night. You have made a very nice home for sims to enjoy living in.
