sound issue

hi all! i was just wondering if someone can assist me with a quick little glitch, or at least what i assume is a glitch. in my game, the sound works fine - radios, tvs, sims talking, etc works. but the little noises like the carpool horn honking, the woohoo sound - those things aren't playing anymore. is this being caused by something i might have (no CC but i do have overwatch, error trap, and story progression)? is it fixable? or is it just something that I have to deal with? it's not a huge problem it's just one of those that are slightly irritating. as always, thanks for any help you guys give
