    Unable to Connect to EA's Download Manager

    I just bought a new laptop for the upcoming Sims 4 game. My old one was running down. I decided I'd still play Sims 3 to hold me over, but only the base game for now. Only problem is that I can't patch my game. I even downloaded Origin, but the error message still comes up. What do I do :?:

      try the manual super patch, just click on my siggy below for patch help thread for links and more info, good luck

      Thanks again. I somehow figured out how to download the patch manually.
