Modern Steampunk Mansion is a great home Great steampunk themed furnishing of the home both indoors and outside ! Great design of the exterior! It looks great how you have done the glass roofing. The type of and placement of the windows through the build looks great.. Great front fencing that you have used. The 4 tall pine trees give a great look to the outdoors. Great outdoors areas! The sunken hot tub and sunken BBQ areas look great! Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating their meals at the tables, enjoying listening to music from the gramophone. Nice type of outdoors dining tables and seats that you have used. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub or on the covered over seats that you have placed in the corners there, enjoying the sunshine and outdoors air. It looks nice how you have placed the purple flowers through the outdoors areas. Great sauna room for sims to enjoy relaxing in the sauna. The texture that you have used for the interior wall there looks great. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the house! Great window area for sims to enjoy using the telescope to do stargazing and at the same time build up logic skill. Great study room for sims to use the computer at the desk or do some painting or sketching on the easel or drafting table. Sims will enjoy listening to music from the phonograph whilst doing these activities. The picture on the wall above the study desk is nice for sims to see when sitting there. Sims will enjoy playing the grand piano or listening to it being played. The plants either side of the aquarium are nice green touches in the room and nice for sims to see as they are playing the piano. Great design of the kitchen.The steampunk themed counters, microwave, coffee maker and fridge in the kitchen look great. It looks great that you have placed the hanging pots and utensils either side of the oven hood. Nice type of and patterning on the dining seats. The sunken bedrooms look great! It looks great that you have placed a chess table at the foot of one of them and a table with books on them at the end of the other.
It is a very nice steam punk themed home! Great exterior, outdoors and interior furnishing for the steam punk theme!

Your Futuristic House looks great Great exterior of it! It looks great how you have placed the windows through the house. The balconies look nice. Sims will enjoy relaxing on the loungers on the upper balcony enjoying the outdoors air. Great design of the build. The balcony garden area looks great. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub there , or sitting around the fire pit chatting or keeping warm. It is great that sims can have fun playing golf or doing stargazing using the telescope. Nice pool area. Great shape of the pool and it looks nice that you have placed the waterfall fountain on the side of the pool for sims to see when swimming or relaxing on the loungers. Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating outdoors in the sunshine on the picnic table there,Very nice futuristic themed furnishing of the interior. The way you have placed plants and plant themed furnishings through the house looks very nice,. Great design of and layout of the different rooms and areas of the house. It looks great how you have used the items that came with ITF through the home. Great design of the kitchen. Sims will enjoy getting food from the food synthesizer, Nice recolouring of the bar stools. The rocks, plants and water feature near the bar stools is very nice! The projected scene behind it is calming.It looks great how you have placed seats alongside the nearby wall either side of a side table with hologram plants beside them. Sims will enjoy both the sight of the hologram plants as well as enjoy the relaxing sight of the pool plant garden for them to look at. Sims will enjoy listening to music from the stereo as they prepare food in the kitchen. Great living room area for sims to enjoy relaxing on the curved sectional sofa seating and watching the hologram tv. The recoloured sofa seating looks great. The hologram plants that you have placed there are nice for sims to see when sitting there. Very nice plants and rocks garden feature . Great nursery. The green lighting there looks great . The giraffe looks cute on the dresser. Sims will like dreaming a variety of dreams in the sleep pods in the bedrooms .The mats on the bedroom floors look great and go well with the sleep pods. Great study desk areas in the bedrooms. Your sim looks like he is enjoying playing the laser rhythm. It looks great that you have used the tube elevator in your build for sims to use when travelling from one level to another. The grey that you have used for the walls looks great with the green you have used through the home.
It is a great home!
