    Palm Tree Apartments

    This posh Art Deco apartment building is CC free. 30x20 lot size. 3 levels. 5 fully contained apartments each with their own bathroom, kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Ground floor is a dance club, restaurant and outdoor area. Perfect for large families, celebrities and roommates. Ideal for University Dorm or Hotel also.

      Hello Pam :) Yes, it is. The rooms were all empty, with hidden room markers added. I thought this small compact lot would make a lovely Hotel or Dorm, or spacious home for big families or sims with roommates :)
      I am using it currently for my 2 sims and their 3 roommates. It is perfect. I lock the door to each individual sims apartment so no other sims can wander in :)
      I like that the sims automatically go downstairs and enjoy the Restaurant and order a meal using the Business as Usual Bistro menus, read at the tables outside in the sun, and enjoy ordering drinks from the Mixologist Bars and dance on the dance floor. It is perfect if your sims love to entertain and throw parties :)

      What expansion/stuff pack or set does the double bed used in apartments 1, 3, and 4 come with?

      Hello limegreenqueen :) The beds came with the Glitter and Glam Bedroom :)

      I like how you transferred this into an apartment building (It hasn't ever crossed my mind.), This building fits perfect for a living space. I'll be replacing the current building for this in my RH world. thank you. DL and REC

      Thank you Dragon :) This lot also works well as a Community Hangout also, the sims use it as a Hotel. They party below, then when they tire they wander upstairs and bathe, sleep, read, watch tv etc. :)

      Note. I have this saved as a Hangout in my library. I have replaced the ground floor bathroom doors for Male and Female toilet doors. I replaced the apartment stoves with counters and microwaves :)
