Run Down on the New Lot Types?

So far I see "cafeteria" and "wasteland." Anyone know what these specific lot types do? Are there other new types as well?

More generally, I'd also be happy if someone could point me in the direction of a list that details all the Sims 3 Lot setting types.

Simswikia lists all the games lot types but unfortunately, hasn't added descriptions for the last couple of expansions.
