How do you max out plumbot quality?

Just what the subject title says - how do you max out the quality of your plumbot? Any help will be appreciated. This is why a guide is needed.

I haven't actually been able to 'max' out a plumbot yet, but I have improved them using Tune Up, so perhaps that is the way it's done. It hasn't worked for me yet, but maybe it's just been bad luck. I don't know of any other way to improve them other then with Tune Up.

Thanks for the reply. I wonder how many tune-ups it take for 1 level? I noticed there are 10.

Maybe with better trait skills, or with better bot building skill.

just keep spamming tune-ups, eventually it will be 10.
also, tune-ups seems to be the best way to gain skill, at least based on my experience it was a hell lot faster than researching trait chips or nanites

Thanks for the replies everybody - my guy's bot building skill is 10. I'll have to keep doing tune-ups. It seems you have to do alot though.
