Why can't I Redeem my Entire EA Account Balance for SimPoints?

Hey everyone, I have been having this issue since yesterday. I have an account balance of $20.01. I want to redeem the entire amount for SimPoints. When I click on the option to do that nothing happens. It goes to a page that tells me to choose a bundle. I don't want to choose a bundle, I just want to redeem my points. I have bought the EA cash cards before and they have never given me any problems until now. This is beyond frustrating. I have tried going through Origin as well and it doesn't work either. If anyone is having this same issue or knows what is going on please let me know. I hate feeling as if I have wasted my money for nothing. I'm thinking that there may be something wrong with the Sims 3 store itself. Thanks!
