The Laucher won't install objects (no respond)

Hello i need help ! here is my problem i have objects downloaded and when i click Install a Black box appear and on my computer tool bar shoes something open Sims 3 , But every time i try to install the content ! that little box that open Black shows nothing and does not respond on the tool bar it shows the Sims 3 Icon ? Weird, what do i do ???

This is happening to me as well. I downloaded a lot of stuff from the store and every time I try to install it the install window says not responding. Annoyed as it cost a lot of money.
