      Please see the Bad CC section of this post. That is usually the cause of this launcher problem.

      hi Krisha880

      can u still launch the game?

      so try the following:

      confirm origin launcher is up to date

      IE - the game/site uses it so clean out cookies and check which version u have installed ..basically up date to 9 or roll back to 9 if u have ten

      if this doesnt work u could uninstall origin and then reboot computer

      I do not have any CC, but I had just bought and downloaded the "India Inspiration- Traditional Summer Sari" from the DD when it happened. I closed the Launcher and was not able to open it again, but after I did a restart (reboot) of the computer it seems to be ok, and I am able to start the game. I will check the origin launcher and clean out cookies just in case.
