What a lovely house, and you have presented it so well here on this thread! It is great to see all the pictures from construction of it, then the finished build and each room/area of the huse. The children would really enjoy living here with their great playground area and playroom. I like the colours and patterns you used in their bedrooms too. Great dining areas/nooks that you have provided in the house and outdoors. The swimmable pond area and bridge is so lovely!
A great family home for Sims! Great build.

I have a new build in the works; butt is taking longer than I thought due to a hand injury. I am hoping to get more done and pictures uploaded soon. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
This home was made as the final exam project for the Zoo U Course 7. Home built in Riverview. NO CC or CAP.
I just wish this house would have uploaded last night when I tried to upload it the first time. Then my stupid game wouldnt open. But it is better late than never!
I didnt want to take all new pictures and have to upload them. But I will tell you all what is changed in my pics.
1. The statues by the stairs have been changed to 2 fountains (in the decor section) and 2 cabinets that came with SN.
2. The columns that were by the fish tank upstairs have been changed to a base game column.
3. The guitar in the music area was changed to the regular one.
4 The dresser and mirror in the lower level sitting area was changed to the dresser with attached mirror from SN. Also the "shrubs" next to the dresser were switched out.
5. The flowers on the table upstairs by the wall fish tank was changed to a vase of MS stuff pack.
6. The dog bed and dog food bowl in the bedroom were switched out for a pet bed and dog dish that came with Pets.
7. The half bath sink and mirror were changed out with the sink and mirror from the MS stuff pack.
8. The plant on the second level by the stairs and living room was switched out for a ST expansion plant.
9. In the garage the car was switched out for a non store one, and the washer and dryer were replaced with basic ones.
10. In the backyard the small circle table, chairs and umbrella were switched out for a seasons table, showtime chairs and umbrella.
The stove, fridge, trash compactor, dish washer, microwave, food processor and all 3 bookshelves are store items.
