What on EARTH is THIS?-Builders...anyone? (Mysteriously Resolved)

All of a sudden, my sims starting complaining on routing errors in front of their refrigerator, even though I have been playing in this house for weeks with no issues. Nothing changed. I used MC to reset the town, reset the lot, replaced the fridge, all objects surrounding the fridge- nothing is working. So as a last ditch effort, I decided to evict my sims with their house, bulldoze the lot, and this is what I see, right about in the place where the fridge was:

I then bulldozed the entire 50x50 empty lot, thinking it'd get rid of it, but it remains and prevents me from placing another lot in it's place saying I can't "place a lot on lots" or something to that effect.

I tried shift-clicking the object and it says "set as front of lot"- no option to delete it. I have never before seen this but it messing up my kitchen! I can't even delete the floor where the fridge is standing, even after I move it out of the way, because it say an object requires the flooring even though there is NOTHING around. ANYONE have any clue? I have never once seen this! :shock:

in edit town mode can you gran it to delete it or sledgehammer it?

Oh goodness the moon landed in your simmies home!

Maybe if you can place a piece of flooring way off in a section you don't use of the lot and move that piece there then resume where u left off if u can't delete it.

Other than that I'm not sure what else to do.

This is what I do when I find something that just does not make sence, and I really want to find out what it is

Turn on these cheats

testingcheatsenabled true
buydebug
moveobjects on

Using your eyedropper see if it will show you what it is.

To delete it, hold down bown Shift and Ctrl, and left click on your mouse, you should get a choice to delete it.

Maybe turn lunar cycles back on and it will go back up in the sky where it belongs.

Haha, thanks! Guess it does!

I tried everything you all suggested- buydebug, testing cheats...after the 4th time reloading my game and bulldozing, the "moon" went back up into the sky and I was able to replace my lot and my fridge works again. :shock:

No...idea....what happened there....afterwards I got a bunch of Error Traps....IDK.../shrug.

Man, that was an hour wasted! Thanks for all that tried to help- will change it to resolved (mysteriously).
