Player wall freezing game

Whenever I try to go to my player wall or anyone elses when they comment my game freezes and I have to ctrl+alt+del to shutdown my game that way which means it doesn't save. Or sometimes if I try to send gifts that way it freezes I can only send gifts through the mailbox if that doesn't freeze it too. So pretty much anything having to do with online while in game freezes my game
