Launcher problems - SimGurus, Simmers need your help!

Hi simmers! I have some problem with my game, becuse some of my new stuffs what i wanted to install into my game are not really installed.
Please look at the pictures:




There are some items what i INSTALLED like 2 weeks ago, but you can see, the launcher says these are not installed yet!
These stuffs are not in the "Installed Content".

But if loading my game these items are in the buy mode, but no title and description:



Don't know what happened! I have some pose mods, and a no intro mode! Don't have CCs! Please help if you can somehow! Thank you

Look at the posts in the thread about uninstalling Lucky Palms. I asked a similar question and Sim GuruSarah answered. I would install a link, But I am NOT computer savy. I just get by.
