Dock Houses?

You know how there are those docks on Lucky Palms? I'm wondering if anyone has created a CC free house to place in the empty lot? There is one on MTS, but it has a bunch of CC & Store Content that I don't want to download, or that I don't have the money to download.
So yeah, has anyone made a house for this lot? And if so, can I download it? (:
