You can't go wrong with premium items! I personally LOVE the deep-fryer and the ice cream machine! They add more to the game!

The multi tab! Being able to work on multiple skills at the same time is awesome!

Yeah, possibly Multi-tab and depending on how you play I hear the baby swing is awesome
