From what I understand, the founder is also your first generation. Their kids are generation two, and then their kids are generation three, and further

Whenever a legacy challenge has rules, the first generation's set of challenges always applies to the founder. Which would imply that they are the first generation and their children the second.
Founder = Generation 1
Heir (Their child) = Generation 2
Founder's grandchild = Generation 3
Founder's great-grandchild = Generation 4
And so on so on.
Ok I was just confused because of this Legacy Scorecard that someone had put online, and that I was using to keep track of points. The listing was like:
Founder:
1st Gen Heir:
2nd Gen Heir:
3rd Gen Heir:
and so on.
But I guess essentially it's:
Founder = Generation One
1st Gen Heir = Generation Two
2nd Gen Heir = Generation Three
3rd Gen Heir = Generation Four
etc.
So if everyone agrees with that system, it means my Vandeen is Generation Three because I started with Nakaiya, then she had Adairna, then Vandeen.
Is that correct and in agreement?? Sorry I'm still a bit of a newbie.
