Exchange items don't show up in download launcher??? HELP!!!

So here is the problem. I'll see something I like in the exhange and will try and add to my game. The launcher will pop up correctly and everything, it's just that in the download tab nothing shows up. It's like I didn't click 'add to game' at all. can you help me please?
