can you delete the socialCache file that's in Sims3 folder?

You know the four cache files that you're supposed to delete every time you play your game?

They're called simComposterCache, scriptCache, CompostorCache, and CASPartCache.

Well I noticed another one, now that I've installed Showtime.
It's called socialCache.

Does anyone know if it is safe to delete this one?

You can delete the cache but keep the ones described here:
