How do I submit a technicial issue to EA support?


I'm needing some help please...
Does anyone know how to report/submit a ticket to EA Support online?

I've been spending the last hour trying to figure out how to submit a
trouble ticket to EA Customer Technical Support without any luck. I use
to know how to do this a long time ago, but that was before they've changed
to Origin. I can find the general drop down section for existing questions,
but none pertain to my question. As they're all regarding the game and not
the actual problem with the website/sim page that I need to report.

Any directions/link would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

    I think you just click 'contact us' at the bottom of this page, then it will take u to origin, and you can click on 'talk to a game advisor'. Then it prompts u to log in, then I think you have the option to either email or talk to someone on instant messenger. I contacted them about the OOPS page problem in my studio and they were no help. They just told me it was a website glitch and someone is working on it (After about an hr of them trying to fix my issue). The website has been 'glitched' forever.

    I saw that button, but thought that would take me right to a live chat (which I've never had good luck with that with any company).

    I submitted my problem and mine is also that OOPS page problem, but I only get it when trying to get into my memories tab. Is that the same problem you have or is it on other parts of your studio?
