    sims gone extreamly slow

    ok whenever i start the sims 3 game launcher this apears and ever since it started sims 3 seams to be geting slower and slower

      I had that too. Went away after a reinstall or two. Try bypassing the launcher if it harms the game. Go to Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Game/Bin and find the file TS3W.exe. Double-click it and the game should start. :)
