We need a switching of pinned World Index threads in the CAW forum please

I wasn't exactly sure how to go about this and AuntieLynds suggested posting here since this is how she went about it the last time.
For a long time Simmerville has maintained the World Index in the Create-a-World forum but she's no longer able to do that. We have started a new World Index thread which now needs to be pinned in the forum in place of the old one.
