    Error after installing new patch!

    After I installed the new patch I got this error message: "Your the Sims 3 Base Game is incompatible with the current Sims 3 Expansion Pack. Please update your game via the game launcher". I have tried to update the game again, but I have all the updates. What do I do now?

      Me too!!!

      I've seen threads that say to use the base game DVD or digital short cuts.
      but they don't work!! It still says it's incompatible and doesn't give the option to download a patch.
      I'm heart broken!!! I can't play my game!
      AND it keeps crashing.
      I haven't even got FL get.

      The same thing with me. Im devastated and now i wont be able to play my game when i get it on friday. It sucks, but then what would ea d about it? Would they bring out another patch?

      The same thing happened to me. I ended up uninstalling the base game and then reinstalling it and all the base game patches. And now it works again.
