Cannot upload world to the exchange

I just finished a world project that is quite large, but I cannot seem to be able to upload it to the exchange no matter what.

This world is (still) unpopulated and has no CC.

Is 196 MB too much to handle for the servers or is my connection being weird?

I'm considering signing up for a different sims content site in order to upload it if it doesn't work.

I submitted it to MTS and it's awaiting approval right now... Guess it's 100x better than the exchange if it passes.
