Sim Panels Absent From UI

I recently attempted to install NRAAS Master Controller. However, upon loading my game, the Sim panels in the UI are absent. I moved another family into the town, and they work fine, but the Sims in the town prior to my installation of the mod are no longer controllable. Furthermore, when I begin playing as the newly placed household, all other Sims in the world disappear. I've since uninstalled all mods, but the problem persists, even in games that I haven't played since before installing the mod. How can I resolve this issue?
