Bought World Bundle and Stuff Pack but Can't Download Them

I bought the Sims 3 Master Suite Stuff Pack and The Sims 3 World Bundle containing Monte Vista and Hidden Springs on the EA App. I put in the codes I had been emailed but the worlds are not showing up in my game and though it states I "own this add-on" for Master Suite Stuff, there is no way for me to download it and it isn't showing up as a selectable pack. I'm really frustrated since I was so excited to play with these worlds and the content of the pack, and I also spent good money to buy them, I would like to actually play what I purchased. If anyone has had this problem before or knows a remedy I would be very grateful for any advice!
