Why is the app saying 'update required' for my Sims 4 game when it has already been hit with the one from 18 July? There is no announcement of another one in the 'news and updates' tab so am confused and concerned.
I had that issue a couple of months ago. I updated but the app kept saying I needed to update. I resolved it by uninstalling and reinstalling the EA APP.
Thank you. Followed your link to both posts. I like the uninstall the app idea. If only it could be permanent... Would be nice if EA humbled themselves, admit the app is garbage, and took decisive action. Origin is better than that mess.
