Thankfully my game has finally been able to start without the mod in it, before it wasn't working even when I put the back up in...

I got it to work
I believe it was a combination of deleting the cache files, and not having other windows open... sometimes my computer is temperamental and doesn't want to do so much at once

if its sclub's privee, then you just follow the instructions,
make ssure it's the patch number your game is [example, 1.50 ]
To install, drop the file into base game Game\Bin folder.
Make sure you backup the original before replacing the file.
