I never heard of a 'legacy challenge' either. The game literally encourages building a family that last generations and builds 'legacies' if you play as a sim with a family aspiration.
1. The game is boring and not fun to play. 2. Traits are useless causing Sims to all behave the same. 3. Relationships don't feel meaningful. 4. The overall lack of progression. 5. Emotions are bonkers and don't work correctly.
*gasps* Meatball are you a Tomb Raider fan? Please say yes. B) But yeah, Lara is the only character in the game whose hair uses tressfx in ROTR while everyone else's hair stays in place. Example:
The problem I had with them adding the jealous trait is that people have reported problems with the actual jealous emotion - and all emotions in general - like spouses not having any type of reaction when their spouse is cheating on them. I feel like it would have made more sense to actually fix the broken emotion then add…
This. I think the core of the problem is that some feel like the family play in TS4 is severely lacking then others try to invalidate their opinions by saying that because xyz happened in their game it automatically means that family play is abundant enough in TS4 to satisfy everyone. I think people need to be more…
Yeah, I don't get it either. They're doing what gaming developers should do so I have nothing to be gracious about. Delivering a polished game should be the standard.
Honestly, I don't understand why Police and Bulgar NPCs weren't added in GTW when one of the jobs was to be a detective??? Leaving them out just seemed really backwards imo.
Really? Because the only time my performance would go up or a sim would get a promotion is when I regularly did the assignments and made sure they were in the required emotional state. When I sent them to work in a good mood but without doing the assignments my progress never really seemed to improve. However, it has been…
UGH I hate this SO much! I hate how they have to do assignments at home or have to have a certain 'emotion' before going to work. It's really annoying to me and I feel like it should be optional.
I think for me family play is one of the things that I know it when I see it...and in my opinion TS4 doesn't really have it. I don't really play with toddlers or children very much, however, I do play with families that typically consist of adults, teens, and elders and none of my families seem like 'real' families to me…
You say that like people aren't rude to people who dislike the game? I've seen TS4 fans speak down to people, call people ignorant, imply that someone was mentally ill because they didn't like TS4, etc. People on the 'positive' side are just as nasty if not more so at times.
I second this. I'm actually an administrator for a forum and the way things are handle on this forum gives me second hand embarrassment sometimes. There is a very strong bias and sense of favoritism on here.
