Yeah if there is a chance of things not working right, I'll just wait and buy the packs through Origin. Hopefully they do a sale soon though. Playing just base game is blah. And I've already spent what a grand on the console packs! But in real life I'm a fashion/glamour photographer. And the PC sims is way better for that…

I want to be able to free roam in first person. Being able to go into FP mode and just walk around the house, freely looking where I want and interacting with the world around me. I play on my PS5. Def wish I had it on PC though. But already to invested into packs. Lack of mods and CC makes this game rather boring at times

When I first heard about it, I got excited. I was hoping it would be something that allows the Sims to have a career in modeling And add onto the moschino. Maybe add some realistic poses (for us console users) Magazine covers, ads etc. Then I realized it was just another stuff pack and I lost all interest.

I think most console gamers already pay for PSN. So I really don't see Sims 5 being online hurtig their sales. And I think it would be a horrible idea not to include online. However, I can see there be toxic communities. Especially in a game like the Sims. So my guess is they would have pre-built areas for the Sims…

And we are back to this non sense. The issue seemed to go away for bit. I started playing again after a couple months. Worked fine until the update. Now anytime I try to place something from the gallery, it crashes. UGH EA is so frustrating. I own 🐸🐸🐸🐸 near every pack or else I'd just delete this game and move on.

I'm not sure which update caused the problems. It's been a few months since I've played the game. But as of late, I've had the wall/floor issue a few times. I've also had the game freeze and lock up on a regular. Issues with lag.. This game has almost been unplayable on my PS5.

I haven't really messed with them too much yet. But I did buy a few. For a couple dollars, I have no real problem with them.

I went and restored my licenses and that seems to have helped. Still crashes from time to time. But not nearly as often.

There might be other ways, but if you have Playstation plus you can upload your save files to the cloud, then download them on your new system. Settings > Saved Data and Game settings > Saved Data > then either upload or download.

Ah perfect. At least this way I can working on my other sim families without my main sim becoming old too quick lol.

Good to know they'll actually do their studies. Now I need to find a way to cheat and put sims in college, without the steps of making them go to HS, work on their grades, apply etc. I simply want to create and drop them in. Hopefully there is a cheat on consoles. I know PC has one.

I wonder if it's possible to turn aging on and off as I please. Like play with main sim and have aging on. But when I switch to a secondary family, turn it off. Then resume aging when I switch back. That is what I may end up doing. My plan was to create a teen and use him through adulthood until his death. Yeah I definitely won't be buying the Sims on console again. We paid full price and get not even half the game. And seeing my PC is for work and not gaming, I just won't own another Sims game I guess ha

Did they ever patch in photography skill and add the ability to take pictures? I read the patch notes but they didn't really mention much. Unless all the changed were 5 things.

I really hope this list isn't correct. That would mean there is no DLC i'm interested in being released until June. I'll have zero interest in the game by then. Already fairly bored with it
