I've finished most already, too, and I just got it for Christmas, but it's not really a problem because when I finish doing all the basic gameplay, I just go back to playing how I normally do, with the new gameplay elements incorporated into my old playing style. I take breaks from The Sims, though, and play other games.
I like Hank, too. :D He was my sim's best friend. They were partners on the police force, and they made a great team! I like Bella a lot, too, but I wouldn't go so far as to say she's my favorite... Hm... This is a tough question! I'll have to think about it.

Sure there were a few new features, but that was it. In past games, they added new gameplay elements, but it was up to the player to choose…
I don't miss being tied to one neighborhood. I don't miss my sims going to some unknown place for work. I don't miss not being able to visit your neighbors. I don't miss the graphics.
Stupid real life stuff got in the way of internet time. :x I heard I had missed quite a bit... Banning sprees, new glitches, hacks... The works! I'm kind of glad I wasn't here for some of it, though...
It's much different. These are actually high rises but not all floors are included. The "high rise" is just a "shell", which means it's just there for visual effect and doesn't include what it may seem to include by its appearance.
I think that they should update the tool from time to time to make it more user-friendly. I think people would like it more if they did that. They don't even have to update it often, maybe just two or three times a year.
