I think it's meant to be. Not sure how it's supposed to work but here is what the team wrote in the patch notes: Off-the-Grid specific buffs will now take into account motives and Sim traits when determining if a Sim should receive a positive or negative moodlet when living Off-the-Grid.
I just use names that I like and feel they fit the sim and what I'm planning for them. I don't use unique spellings or unusual names because I will forget them. Sometimes names are kinda inherited from other sims in the family (Cassandra -> Cassie). Sometime I use the randomizer in CAS.
I try to manage my impatience and enthusiasm by thinking that we will get the patch since it's closer, wich will be fun to play with too. On the 1st it will be holiday here, no work. Too bad it isn't the 2nd of June or the 5th :'( I want to build pink tiny containers!
I do not want new life stages to be added in the game (preschoolers, preteens, older babies). It's too late for that and I don't think they will be well integrated with base game and other packs. Toddlers are already lackluster because were added later. I prefer improved children and teens and maybe free babies. I liked…
I cannot wait to try it out! I tried playing with off the grid at first when it was introduced but it was really hard since it was missing so much. I've started recently a new save game with a homeless sim and the lot trait. It will be much more fun to play this save game once the new patch rolles in and I will have more…
CAS is lacking in some areas, especially if you don't own all the pack, but CC is too much to manage for me and I do not have the patience. Thus, I am okay playing without CC.
I thought repo was already a thing? I watched James Turners rags to repayment and he’d have objects confiscated for not paying. And since I don’t actually play I’m confused about this.
Until now, the repoman was only available with Discover University and showed up only if the student…
I don't think I would want strays running around in all worlds, by default. IRL, in my hometown we had a huge problem with strays for years so I wouldn't want to relive that in the game. Plus, pets in game are always sick, especially strays. You can sort of get around it and put the specific lot traits on lots in other…
I would like to build them like a duplex two on top and two on bottom and not have to be on a tall building, so I can make them the way I did in the sims3 with a community area.
You can use the roommate system if you have Discover University. It can be a lot to manage since you have…
Did you know that while you start a street sale during the Flee Market, you can exchange collectibles with other vendors(posters, snow globes, frogs)? Found out this the other day.
There isn't much to do. In comparison to Jungle Adventures where you gain skill points by talking to villagers and you have to do puzzles, OR is kinda boring. I like it a bit, but I was kinda dissapointed when I first played it.
I am interested in this pack and I'm patiently waiting for the livestream so I can see more. I will buy it on sale though as I usually do with all packs.
I am kinda impartial to this since I don't know anyone IRL that plays Sims 4. It looks fun though from what I saw in James' and DrGluon's videos. I hope they will not add some kind of contests between players or freemium stuff if they would make an option for multiplayer.
I've been building more than usual. When I don't feel like building, I play a big sim family and I am the third generation. The more the family gets bigger and sims move out on their own, the more households I play.
