• I had this issue. Mine was caused by an outdated NRAAS Mastercontroller mod. I fixed it by installing the new mod then using it to manually change the affected mersims into normal sims and then back again.

• I had this problem too. I've submitted a request to the EA help forums. So far I have tried removing all custom content, deleting cache files, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and starting again and I'm still not getting tails and scales on mersims.
