Ok but will it ever get fixed? The game runs pretty smoothly here, so to have it freak out over the computer just being slightly slow in a moment and jumping back in time is just odd. (and it happens here all the time as well)

Why do we need a mod to fix this?? A doctor shouldn't leave after 2 hours of the shift and then never return. It just makes the career impossible!

CTRL+SHIFT+C for console Type those lines into the console and press enter to confirm each: testingcheats true cas.fulleditmode Close console by pressing Escape. Then shift+click on your sim, choose "Modify in CAS". There you go!
