I did what you said but the issue occurred again. Every time I rehire a new butler, he just stands at his spawn point until the player assigns his job. Otherwise he ignores the player's family and he sometimes talks with passer-by around the the spawn point. I think the butler's autonomy is weird after the Seasons patch.
Butlers rarely work and they're almost always just standing after the Seasons patch. They do their jobs only when the player sim assigns the jobs but again they're almost always just standing after finishing their assignments.

I know that club members at work leave and join the meeting when a "club play" starts. But how about active careers? Can I start a "club play" and join the meeting when my sim is work at the active career lots like the Police Station, the Hospital and the Laboratory?
According to Spooky Stuff trailer today, it isn't amazing at all =(. It's like just a costume party stuff. So I found the program code isn't reliable sometimes.

I also got another patch a few minutes ago. I updated again but GameVersion.txt showed 1.7.62.1020 after I run the game. It is not change because it was 1.7.62.1020 when I updated on 14th May.
We can't enter Japanese in any textbox like Sim's Name and Keyword for Search in Build Mode :'( Later I found it is some IME's problem. Microsoft IME is OK so it is not SIMS4's bug. Sorry.
