if a patch is all i need to fix my problem, then... SIGN!!!!!!!! it's ridiculous how many of us are having problems. The release date was pushed back as it was, they should of made sure there weren’t any problems!

yes to the sound question and no, when i press 'Alt+Tab', i've also tried 'Alt+Ctrl+Delete' but no i can't seem to get back to my desktop screen, my only option is to resart my whole computer and my computer is windows xp.
