Found it. There's a tiny little trashcan icon in the picture itself that I wasn't seeing. Man this is going to suck hardcore because I've got around 1200 memories to delete between all of my sims >.<

You have to "redeem code" not "register game". It took me a little bit to figure that out too. Also it has to download after you redeem the code into the game like how Riverview did. Its a rather large download too so be prepared for a wait. I think its like 150 MB.

There isn't a way to do that with Sim3. The only thing you can do is enable cheats with the code you have, set their needs as static, and do whatever it is that skills up your Sim at 3 speed. I had to do that when "I" decided to leave my husband & kids by staying in France while they all returned home after a patch...so…

I just moved my Electronic Arts folder out of My Documents and ran the game with a new Sim and immediately took him on vacation to France and everything was perfectly fine. This makes absolutely no sense why even after checking the option "load without custom content" that it still is bugged out.

That must be the problem because I've got WA and can't use it. Man that really stink that I can't get the rewards for wishes that never popped up eventhough they had 1 or 2 active wishes at the most.
