* More ethnic hair for all genders. * More fantasy skintones like pink, purple, orange, etc. * Hot Tubs. * More hairstyles for children. * More clothing for men. * Photobooths * Digital picture frames. * A telescope. An actual telescope, not a giant observatory. (I like the observatory, but c'mon). * Drumset. * A large…
I don't think it sold what they were hoping, but I don't think it was a flop financially. I know quite a few people who never purchased a sims game previously who bought it, as well as nearly all my simmer friends who pre-ordered it. I was the only one of the bunch who held out a few weeks longer.
I have not yet had the displeasure :o All the sims in my neighborhood seem to be addicted to baseball caps. Literally everyone and their mother wears one, no matter the outift.
I was the same way until my old laptop died. It ran TS3 smoothly for the most part, didn't experience many glitches--the only thing I had was the loading screen of doom. I didn't know what true frustration was until I played TS3 on my new laptop. Oh dear, grumpycat.

I haven't explored enough to have a favorite spot (still haven't fully explored Oasis Springs at all), but I have to agree that the neighborhoods are absolutely stunning. The little details they added to the background are wonderful.
I must admit, that I was not originally going to purchase TS4 at release. Not only because of key things I felt were left out of the base game, but because of all the crazy bugs TS3 had right out of the gate--not to mention to steep increase in price. Fortunately, my husband surprised me with TS4 a week ago along with a…
I don't find the sims of TS4 that unattractive (in comparison to TS3) so I don't mess with their "genetics" outiside of the occasional haircolor change. It's refreshing after TS3 to have generated sims who do not all look alike. I am FOREVER changing people's outifits. Some of the random combinations the townies come up…
They confirmed no ghost babies of any kind. Pregnant sims might be harder to kill or the baby is just gone. & know you're not bad :P Consider it an experiement...for science.
