Villa Kogelhof at least my reedition very close to original tried to include everything including 3 beds 5 bath multiple entertainment rooms + billiard room in all honesty the sims is getting pretty old .... need a refresh perhaps they could call it Paralives?
Thanks you guys I didn't know about the mod. I haven't even tried the Bistro yet as i am a consummate builder and definitely wanted to try and build my own. I will definitely be downloading that real soon!
Thanks and great question ... it’s actually called the Business Bistro set from the sims 3 store... it enables you to have a fully functioning restaurant where your sims can go and eat with menu control and chefs that actually serve your food... I thought that because of the location being on such (prime real estate) it…
Working on a new Yacht club type restaurant bar thingy... And I'm using the Eat out game pack or whatever its called ;) Time: 3:18 pm Weather: 10°C/ 50°F
@KatyFernlily Fantastic interior work on the Lighthouse, it looks very warm and natural, with a nautical theme and I love seeing new furniture in peoples games.
great screen grabs to everyone who posts! its nice seeing so much different content. Here is a new flat i'm designing in one of the buildings near the beach in Emporda.
What a difference a few days make?!... left my game running for a bit and came back to this dark and stormy cloud hovering over the old town, it was moving while the game was paused which was quite unusual i thought so I couldn't help but snap a few pics. Anyone see anything like the last one with the cloud? it disappeared…
This is the "Storer House" another Frank Lloyd Wright classic recreated masterfully in the Sims by QubeDesign. It took a little terra-forming, but it mangaged to fit into this world quite nicely. ☕😎
@PalmArrow It is indeed!, i had downloaded this world a while ago but never bothered to really play in it until now. I did a lot of work in CAW adding landmarks and lots and am very happy with how it's turned out. The real credit however belongs to NILIXS as it is originally his creation.
Finally getting the town of Emporda a bit more developed. The original designer of this world did such an amazing job, and with so much land in this town it's hard not to want to take advantage of that and add things.
Amazing! I've always been drawn to the character of those brick houses! i'm always happy seeing them in your game as authentic as they are and its nice seeing the interiors so closely built to the original specs too! congratulations =)
Awesome lighthouse!, very close to the real one! there is nothing better than a light house in-game that you build yourself i find the ones that come with the game way too generic 😆 ....who says lighthouses have to be so tall? the one in this photo is only twice the size of the person standing next to it!?
Hey there Nikkei_Simmer!, unsteady tripod or not that is a wonderful snapshot of the Library! i've always found that libraries in-game are some of the most unique buildings offered in the Sims 3 so i say go for it! As for the window CC .... there is so much CC out there sometimes i'll spend hours even days looking for a…
With this amazing piece of architectural history, it adds a certain atmosphere that is very rare in most architecture. The setting in this case is pretty much the similar sky, but its still cool to see it in-game. - The Hollyhock House - Just a classy mansion all around
