Ability to put clothes of any style on any sim (age-permitting) swings it for me. I also appreciate the ability to filter by clothing type which wasn't present in TS3.

I love the multitasking, although I keep forgetting that I can use it! And the simplified build mode is brilliant for someone like me, who was always rubbish at building in TS3.

Click on the phone and go to 'household'. There should be an option marked 'Take Family Leave'. You'll only get a day, and you have to apply again if you want another day (so you can decide how much you actually want).

It's their mistake, but you should still send them back - at their expense, of course. I don't know what the legal situation is in the US, but I'd guess that you'd be in trouble if you didn't at least call them to let them know about the mistake.

I'm very annoyed that I had to order through Play.com for the LE, especially because of their rubbish history of sending things out! But I've thought of a silver lining. By the time my game arrives, hopefully all my mods will be updated and ready to install. :D
