Count me in with the previous posters who mentioned Paralives and Paradox. I’m already a Patreon patron of Paralives, and I will happily drop full game money on preorder from what I’ve seen so far. Some of my favorite games these days are from small indie developers who only have one or two titles, and I’m happy to support…
I, too, would update Island Living to be more like Sims 3 Island Paradise. Proper scuba diving and collectibles, hidden islands you can discover and claim with their own waterfalls etc, houseboats and resorts, hula. Add in swimming and fish traps to all worlds. All that and more is missing in the Sims 4 version, and I’m…
I want all worlds to have the options of rentals, apartments, resorts/hotels, and bed and breakfasts. I also want spas, gyms, stores, bars, cafes, cafeterias, restaurants, and even activities to all be available on one lot type. That way I can build an apartment over a bodega, a luxury apartment building with a gym and…
The only way I really see myself getting this pack is if I can do a lot with apocalyptic, rags to riches type gameplays. So, I'd definitely want it dirty (tho maybe eventually clean).
I don't get why the fees per course are $240 and the books are $700 each. It seems like it should have been the other way around. Hopefully the course books are required and not free unless you lose them, but I don't think you can take out loans for expenses outside of tuition and housing, so it'll be weird that you take…

Banished is a game I’ve enjoyed quite a bit, and that was designed by just one person. It’s fairly complex as a game, and I actually played it more when it came out than when sims 4 base game came out (same year). Banished cost me $8 full price. Especially if this new developer gets some backing, I wouldn’t be surprised if…
Oh that’s unfortunate. I was hoping for a castaway-style spearfishing. Not sure why I’d want to spend $500 and send my sim to a rabbit hole to get a fish or two when I can just use the pole that’s free.

I’ve been reading the forum for years, but rarely commented. More of a Reddit user. Forgot my login, made a new one. 🤷🏻♀️
It's super crazy to think that there are lurkers who knows us regular posters but we have no idea who they are lol. Kind of a reality…
I sometimes get frustrated with posts in the forums, then I have to remember I'm an almost 29 year old woman who plays the sims. I use the sims for enjoyment and escape, but obviously I have a full life outside the game. For some youngsters I don't think that's the case. Hence some…
I’m going to empty out the shipwreck lot of everything but the shipwreck decor and put a sim that’s a materialistic, lazy, and either squeamish or klepto on it as a castaway. Then he’ll have to learn to fish and forage and slowly build himself a camp until he realizes he’s on a populated island (and that they’re a canoe…
I think one of the fridges will work off the grid (the vintage one) as it is placed in the shipwreck pilot which is off the grid I think. Pools do increase hygiene (I did that for my historic save), albeit very slowly. Not sure if swimming in the ocean would do that same but there’s always the waterfall and shower in the…
You can pee in the water in this pack apparently. I plan to do a castaway sim on the shipwreck lot, but I’ll need to clean up the lot to take out some of the excess and make it more realistic/harder.
