  • I really hope that this gets fixed! I'm also glad the fountain problem is not just me. I noticed ages ago that my fountains weren't actually fountains with flowing water when I made a community garden lot that included the water pump one. I kept messing with the graphics options to try to fix it, but no matter what I did,…
  • Oh my gosh, this world  I haven't played it much yet. I just installed it and opened the game to place the boardwalk, and to just have a quick look around. I was curious if there was a Gatsby-like Sim, since this is a 20s world, and Great Gatsby is set in the 20s, and because of the movie, recently had a surge in…
  • Someone who has the gold version- is it really worth it? I have only bought Sim points once and I don't really want to buy any now, but I have enough free ones saved up from the ads to buy the standard version (thought I was planning on using them for the Country Livin' set...). I really want Sunlit Tides thought for when…
  • I looked at the columns in the store, and I don't see any that look like these. I never really thought about the fact that the curtains and the columns are separate- I just thought they were attached. I'll have to check in-game for the columns next time I play. Maybe they are there and I just don't remember them.…
  • Obviously, cats and dogs should be present in the next reboot of Pets, and I think horses should stay as well since many people love them, and it would be a shame to not lose them with the Sims 4. I also like all the minor pets we currently have, but they could always add more. I really want them to add rabbits to the Sims…
  • If this is how they are doing it, that's really frustrating. I own a laptop (that was a gift) and use Chrome, but I am a poor college student... :?
  • I hardly ever even use the store since I'm a poor college student, and I have to restrain myself from throwing all my money at the store... (although I want to). However, I have many things on my wishlist and others just in the back of my mind that I hope to buy over the summer when I have a little extra money, so this is…
  • I 100% agree with everything in the first post. I've been playing since Sims 1, and I got into Sims 3 late in the game since I didn't have a good enough computer for it at first. I will probably wait a while to get into Sims 4 anyway because I've yet to enjoy Sims 3 to its fullest, but in order to get me to move on to Sims…
  • Due to my semester coming to an end, I've been overwhelmed with papers and assignments lately so I unfortunately do not have any recent pictures of my games to share. However, when I am done with school later this month, I am planning on treating myself to University (finally) and hopefully starting a new legacy that I…
  • The time travel EP in the fall is correct, but the movie theme that they have talked about is a Stuff Pack, not an expansion pack.
  • I was frustrated with the broadcast, too. I sent in a bunch of questions that didn't get answered, and everything that popped up to be answered was something I pretty much already knew the answer to, or could at least make a logical assumption. I really want to know whether or not cats and dogs will be allowed on…
  • I totally agree. This would be great for the dogs with the "likes swimming" trait. I want an answer to if dogs and cats will be allowed on houseboats so badly (I feel like horses are unlikely).
  • I hope so. I'm not sure about horses, but I hope at least dogs and cats an go on the houseboats. I've been dying to know the answer to this, and I tried asking it during the live chat, but it didn't get chosen and wasn't filtered through to be answered. :x The cats would mostly just stay inside anyway, so I don't see…
  • I agree! I especially like the women's clothing.
  • I would love hammocks! Beach balls would be a neat addition too, as would beach volleyball. I miss that from TS1
  • The base game isn't exactly an expansion pack. A 12th EP would be nice. I'm hoping for farming. :)
  • That's disappointing. :( I wouldn't mind not being able to manage a resort in a WA world, I would just like my Sims to be able to visit one there, at least.
  • I feel like there probably will be a few different styles or something. The ones in the broadcast really fit the bungalow style of the rest of the resort, but that resort was rather small and not that extravagant. I'd assume there would be something nicer for huge resorts.
  • I love the first houseboat! I like how the foundation looks much more boat-like than ones we've seen.
  • I am excited about them too! I've tried to build unique pools before, but they usually end up looking pretty lame, so it will be awesome to have blueprints for it! I haven't used the blueprint feature a ton in game since I never really like the way it turns out, but I will use it for pools for sure.
  • I had that problem towards the beginning when they were showing the private rooms out on the docks. It started sticking and the sound was going in and out. I refreshed the page and the rest of the broadcast worked fine, but I missed most of what was said about the private suites.
  • I totally agree. I have so many questions about mermaids and underwater life. I was disappointed  I also really want to know if pets will be able to live on houseboats, and if dogs will be able to swim out in the middle of the ocean with their Sims.
  • No, they are not travel worlds like the World Adventures locations. The store worlds are neighborhoods you can have your Sims live in like Sunset Valley, Bridgeport, Twinbrook, etc.
  • I'm pretty sure the pea shooters were only the limited edition content available early on after the expansion pack was released. If you just got Supernatural, I don't think you can get the pea shooters any longer. I just bought Supernatural last week myself, and I installed the Plants vs. Zombies content from registering…
  • I completely agree! I get frustrated when I can't place windows exactly where I want them because I can't move them just one half tile over. The same goes for walls sometimes. I also agree that I wish there were sets of 1, 2 and 3 tile windows that all looked similar, along with a door to match. Sometimes, I love a 1 tile…
  • I wouldn't mind less expansions if they had more content and were just better overall. However, I am excited for Island Paradise, so that may be restoring my faith in Sims expansion packs, but we'll see. Provided TS4 isn't online only (if it is, I will not be buying it), I would love it if some of the most wanted…
  • I totally agree with this! I often don't want to use the fancy beds as they don't really fit the style of my homes, but the beds I end up using cause my Sims to have a bad night's sleep, and it gets annoying. Being able to upgrade the beds would be so nice, and I like the idea of being able to buy a better mattress. In the…
  • As others have said, this would mess up the animations as they are all made for Sims of certain heights. I personally would love to have a variety of heights in my game, but it simply isn't all that feasible. Perhaps this is something they would be able to implement in The Sims 4, but I wouldn't count on it- it is much…
  • Nope. I will stick to playing TS3 if that happens. It took me awhile to give up TS2 and move onto 3 because I loved TS2 so much, but I started when Pets came out and since then, I have been growing to like TS3 more and more, and as much as I am curious what will happen with TS4, if it is online only, I will be sticking…
  • Oh, what lovely Twilight references... That I am slightly sad to admit I understand... I don't even have Supernatural, but I find this amusing.
