  • PS4 supports keyboard and mouse, this seems like a great thing to patch in to me.
  • I just logged in to check stuff packs, but after the price hike I doubt I'll get them at all now. At 9.99$ they were at the high end of what I would be comfortable to pay.
  • Life and the big city was working out for Agent Perdue he had furnished the simple apartment, made some friends around town and even gotten to know his fellow agents. It seems like his last mission was finally a tragic piece of his past. Devan was enjoying his first day off in a long while, opting to sleep in for the day.…
  • Devan knew it was risky, after all his job only had him in the city until things cooled down. This life wasn’t supposed to be a permanent cover, but he couldn’t help how he felt about Ulrike. The more time they spent together the more his feelings for her grew, eventually he worked up the courage to ask her out. He was…
  • The Humor & Hijinks festival went better then he could have thought, what’s more he managed to make a new friend. Devan knew part of his job to establish a decent cover was to befriend sims around town, still he couldn’t help feeling a bit guilty that he was never honest with them about so many details in his life. Ulrike…
  • Be sure to let us know how it goes! And if you upload any sims to the gallery use the hashtag as it currently only contains a few of my rag-tag sims. I was thinking if folks are ok with it and write up any stories or post photos of their legacy I was going to share them to the blog so people can see how other simmer's…
  • I was able to post the new challenge thread for Double Life Legacy Challenge. This is a shortened legacy challenge only 5 generations but should provide some great opportunities for drama and fun game play. Thread Link to Rules Double Life Legacy Blog Google Doc
  • I feel like birds would be a simple addition to the game along with additional aquatic and reptiles. Provided they are coded as items similar to bowled fish in game now. I am always on board for more playable careers or careers in general, zoos could lead to some really interesting B/B items and a new community lot type.
  • Not gonna lie, I am really glad you can find the future cube.
  • I have yet to bite the bullet on a stuff pack, but I was surprised to see Vintage Glamour in the lead (by a small margin) as in most stuff pack reviews/content creator videos I have seen it tends to be voted as their least favorite. I was excited when they announced it would bring back the butler and although I have no…
  • Wow, thanks for compiling such a great list @rosemow. Stuff packs are for sure my least purchased item ( I prefer to burn my money on game packs because of the increase in content) but the toddler play dates and additional B/B items have been calling my name!
  • I was going to start a black widow play thru and another legacy challenge when voting first game out so I voted for wedding stuff. But I think starter home was a close second. I was initially really happy that eco living stuff one because I was hopeful we'd get a lot of cool/funky B/B items. Laundry was a surprise and…
  • Oh I almost forgot, I was pleasantly surprised with how much I love the clothesline I dunno what it is but seeing people's builds pop up with clotheslines just makes the whole game feel more homely and lived in. Even if I never have a Sim do laundry, I think I the lines would be come a staple in my builds.
  • To be honest, I was really disappointed that such an innovated idea like eco living was turned into adding laundry but after seeing an few B/B & Cas item overviews I really like the new items for building/decor. I was particularly impressed with the additional slot spaces on shelving/surface items and was happy to see the…
  • I tend to either default to normal or long. But more often then not I would having aging off once sims reach adulthood so that I would have ages to complete all the stories or goals I had lined up for each sim. I somehow never got into challenges or official legacies with the older sims games.
  • This might a bit of slacker work around, but on a similar note you an take your fully finished apartment and simply use the sledge hammer tool to temporarily knock out each door between rooms and it will also upload as one room to the gallery. Then when someone downloads your apartment they simply have to add walls and a…
  • > @SoulGal7 said: > I would like to nominate the following build: > Golden Paws Vet Clinic by @Corwim > This is a live-in pet clinic and every room in this build has such attention to detail. It is amazing! Another shout out @Corwim for this Vet Build. The Tudor style is spot on and as @SoulGal7 mentioned the detail in…
  • Is the web version of the Sims 4 Gallery different in it's chosen display for Maxis favs then the in game? I tend to use the gallery most extensively through firefox (web browser) as it appears more stable then the in game but I have noticed the first page of the gallery with the Maxis recent Favs has been showcasing the…
  • @Laebeth that laundry room is very stylish! I haven't yet jumped on the laundry day stuff pack but I am gonna keep an eye on this thread for upcoming theme builds.
  • Bookmarking this to add to my growing list of SimLit to catch up on. But can I just see say that your Gen 1 and Gen 2 heirs are perhaps the most similar looking sims I have ever seen? All my in game birth sims wind up looking vaguely like their parents if at all but I had to do a triple take because they look almost like…
  • Just catching up on the story so far, but I love the comic strip implementation! I also think it's neat the story focuses on the weirdness of young adult life where I think a lot of people feel torn between knowing what to do with their life (More school? work? School that maybe won't lead to work?) so it's kind of relate…
  • This is a really great guide! SimLit is something I've always wanted to dabble with but never taken the time to flush out before.
  • I am currently test playing my Double Life Legacy so my founder is working on his career as a secret agent & has met both of his lovely spouses to be. He had a rocky start with a stay at home mom but I decided his tiny apartment wouldn't be able to house both his required two children and her existing kids. He is now…
  • Similar to @BeJaWa I voted no. Sims isn't the only game I play (although I am currently on a major sims binge much to my FPS friends dismay). However, I tend to upgrade my PC ever few years or decent sale as I spend most of my free time playing video games but despite this expensive hobby I have (as of yet) never gone out…
  • Loved from Afar This challenge simply changes Gen 1 insofar as players may no longer transfer their founder between households. Forces players to choose which family branch their founder will live in & which branch they will only visit Players should still make an effort to parent their secondary household but will be…
  • I would vote in another one for sure. I am also a bit disappointed with how this current pack turned out. I get that adding additional chores adds to sims 4 realism (and maybe kinda the challenge in time management?) but it still surprises me this one. That being said, I do think there are many aspects of the game that…
  • This seems like a really cool challenge! I am going to have to try this out when I finish my current legacy, it's only a 5 gen so I am hopeful to complete it in a semi timely manner.
  • Thanks @rosemow I have seen so many of your posts in tech support and helping out new members. It's super cool you take the time to respond to all the newbies on the forums.
  • > @Shadami said: > oh man that double life challenge sounds fun to. But you would need a cheat for it for multiple spouses wouldn't you? Yah, upon reflection you would need a mod to allow for multiple spouses. So in my current play thru I am dating both mothers and plan to marry one with a formal wedding. My city wife I…

Probably the biggest reason I haven't been back to my scored legacy in months.…
