I've got all the screenshots done for the last 4 chapters of generation 4! Writing and uploading is the next step. 
I also overhauled the building page and completed all the sections about the first 8 renovations of the family lot.

Yeeeeeeeeeeees! 1000% percent agree! Generations was my absolute favorite Sims 3 Pack! My play style always relied very heavily on families and family dynamics and this pack made the biggest difference. Even with that creepy imaginary friend. Still worth it. lol

My favorite hero was always the Physician! Also the monarch too, to a lesser degree. I love this game so much- I still play it. But I've been stuck on the 'popularity' ambition FOREVER. It took 2 failed playthroughs for gold (*not platinum*) medals before I realized what I was doing wrong.

I really like JA- the world is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. But I will say that once you've reached the temple a few times- there's not much more to it in my opinion. I did most of my archeology stuff at home. But I do like the potential for storytelling I got out of it.

I never use the high chair anyway- I have the same issue. And even if it isn't this- sometimes they'll just stand there holding the toddler NEXT to the highchair for like 3+ hours until I reset them. So now I just leave plates of spaghetti on the floor for toddlers to serve themselves. :D

Yeeeees to the coffee table thing! I have this single tile desk with a little shelf that I LOVE, but I had to stop using it because my sims would constantly put their dishes on it (even when the kitchen was RIGHT NEXT TO IT).

I'd love a mod that allows us to see pet traits/quirks and skills. I did find the 'playable pets' mod that does this, but I don't want fully playable pets. I used to be a really avid builder in TS3, even three years later- I'm still gradually building (PUNS) my TS4 skills. I just recently build an orphanage lot for storytelling in my Legacy game. I really love the way it turned out!

I was working on my legacy game and my only eligible heir died in a fire. I learned the hard way that there are no firefighters in TS4. :( I definitely own a sprinkler system now.

Thank You!!! This issue was driving me nuts! I was remodeling a toddler park and I accidentally created like four different spots where this kept happening. So now my park is full of columns where I tried to make it look intentional. lol

I had the same exact problem! I managed to fix it without uninstall/re-instal. What I did was disable all Custom Content and entirely delete my Mods folder. I ran the game and it was working just fine. I tried experimenting with it a little and my game worked when I ran CC but kept the Mods deleted.....apparently EA hates…
