As much as I hate it, I'm starting to see things this way, too. Which makes me sad. I'm slowly coming to terms with the fact that I most likely won't be buying any more additions to TS4 because it's just not the kind of Sims game I like nor is it the one I'm used to playing. I don't enjoy this "different type" of sims.…
I think this would be a good idea for babies, also! Great idea. Edit: I'm updating the title so that people will not think that this idea supports not adding toddlers to the game. I want to see actual toddlers more than just about anything, and I think something like this could be a stepping stone in the right direction.
"Now, that doesn't mean I never want to see them actually added, but at this rate I don't think that we're going to get any kind of definite answer or information on toddlers anytime soon. Definitely not anytime this year, and I'm even doubtful of next year if things keep on going the way they currently are. So, in the…
You do realize they other than the images of your sims sitting together/talking together, your images don't depict what is generally meant by family gameplay? I have no interest in being able to "be a pioneer of technology" or "be a professional [in an office]" with my child or teen... I'm not surprised you don't need/want…
That's tough. I'm not sure what my favorite meal is. I really love shrimp, though. So in that case, last night! When was the last time you told someone you loved them?
I have to agree with this. The more I think about it, the more I feel like this EP could easily just be a GP. It looks really cool, but for $40 I want something that affects every world, not just the city world. If my family lives in Willow Creek, how much of this new content will they actually see?
I'm loving the cultural diversity that this EP looks like it may bring. That, in itself, may make it worth it for me! (Love that keyboards made a comeback, too!)
I could not agree more. I don't even know what the driving mechanism behind this EP is supposed to be, but I hope it's a whole lot better than groups/clubs. And if all this turns out to be is a new world with some fancy background effects, some tall buildings and food trucks...I'm going to really lose a lot of hope in this…
Regardless of who takes her place, I hope whoever it is able to bring more transparency into this community. I think communication and transparency/honesty issues have possibly been the biggest issues of all. How different would everyone feel if EA had come out, in honesty, a few years ago and said "Hey guys, I know this…
