By "teaser stream" I mean that it is not inclusive of all the features of this pack. Likely, they wanted to show us a little more as many folks on here have been upset by what they saw in the CL and Apartment trailers. They even said at one point in the stream that this was all they could show for now. To me, this sounds…
This was a teaser stream, and not meant to be a full representation of what this pack includes. I am sure there will be more answers to the questions folks over the next couple of weeks. I was happy that they were willing to take some time and show us a little bit of this pack --- even if it was short.
I wasn't sure either @ceejay402 If it wasn't intended, it could be complicated to fix. I can live with it of course, but it would be nice if it wasn't occurring.

Replacing windows does not seem to help. I loaded a few of my own lots in and the flickering is occurring there also until I add a bright ceiling lights.
Ok.. so I went back in my game and added enough lights to rival the sun and the blinking stopped. These are premade starters that I am using. This did not occur pre-patch so I wonder if some tweek to the lighting was made and has caused this?
No... daytime. I took a quick 5 second video and tried to post the link but can't yet. It happened in multiple houses in Willow Creek and Oasis Springs
