Thank you 78! I guess I just assumed when it was in my inventory that it couldn't be parked. And all I had to do was put in a larger driveway. Sure makes things a lot easier for making those repairs. Just hope the neighbours don't mind that huge thing parked beside them!

I never go to the station to maintain the bell, only do it at home. Do we have to do both bells? The truck is annoying. Wish we could park it at their home and maintain it there.

I have had trouble with the large fires. First time had to rescue 4 people but there were only 3 that were able to be rescued. The other people on the lot I was not able to interact with. Today I had to rescue 2 people but there was no one at all on the lot. Not a soul.

I was able to get my baby back by (as was suggested earlier in this thread) changing my active family to another family and then back again. I still don't get what was up with that getting rid of the shower comment though. Such a random thing.

My sim returned from his first vacation to China to find his wife saying something like "How lame, you got rid of the shower, now the neighbors won't trust you" and their baby missing. The baby is no longer showing as a character in the game and no interactions with the crib, but is showing alive in their family tree.

The patch seems to have fixed the random baby spawns as the new babies all are to married sims. The problem now however is that the game is randomly marrying sims but not having them move in together. I also lost the ability to plant cheese & eggs. Had a garden full of them but can no longer plant them. This happened after switching households for just one sim day. I was very careful about laying all inventory items out in the house before switching but didn't think she would lose any skills.

Somebody did make the family (plus 6 instead of 8) and I downloaded it and played it a when the game first came out. What I do is go to edit town and choose my active family then Split Family and move out the members I don't wish to play anymore. This saves it to the clipboard and then you can move them in with a lonely sim. I do this when my families get too large but still want the members to be a part of the town, without using the…

In my case, it's girls taking over. My sim has fathered 11 kids. Only one of the first 10 was a boy. I have no control over what the moms eat so it is truly random. (He is busy spreading his gene's throughout the town - 8 different moms.)

I had this problem also, tried over a 3 day period and never got it. I finally got it though, after creating a brand new sim. The lack of hairstyles is my biggest disappointment in the game. I even looked at buying some in the store but nothing there worth spending those 'free' points on. I really don't understand the lack of variety.

I play epic also and use the birthday cake to not only age my family members when I wish but also the neighbours.

I was just about to start a thread with the exact same problem. Spent hours yesterday trying and it is still happening today. I can upload families and clothing with no problems, but sims I can't. I would love a new avatar!
