• I've had similar before but even without mods. Might be to do with the RAM the 32BIT only allows I think 2GB of RAM to the game regardless of how good your system is, so with all this extra stuff happening it force closes because the way the game was designed. Too bad sims 3 isnt 64 bit on windows

• I', completely new to the sims but seen my family play it I only have 1 sim currently trying to manage skills and get a hold of the game but I am also not sure how to relationship system works but I learnt that chatting up 2 people is bad so I may move town and fresh start again lol
