The game does denote stay at home mum and stay at home Dad as their jobs if you look at them as acquaintances of your sim. Agree with more jobs. I was also rather surprised GTW didn't have a career orientated aspiration added. Also it would be nice if the retired sims on the job scene had the 'retired from x career' screen rather than 'x doesn't have a job'. There's a difference between being unemployed and being retired in my view. :)
